Total Leaves in a Semester
All Duty Leaves (DL) and Medical Leaves (ML) are fully recognized and will be counted toward attendance eligibility.
Any leaves beyond the approved DL and ML categories will be treated as extra/unauthorized leaves, leading to a drop below the required attendance threshold — resulting in the student being placed under the Detain Category.
